“Women in Energy” scholarship program informative sessions were organized by ARDA-RDA Centre as part of the Millennium Foundation Kosovo’s component for enhancing women’s role in the energy market. The informative sessions provided an opportunity for women and girls to learn about the scholarships, eligibility, the application process and the expectations from the selected candidates.

ARDA/RDA Centre organized the activities in the period of four weeks, spanned in eight sessions, were 543 women and girls attended out of which 509 Albanian and 22 Serbian and other 12. The informative sessions were held in eight Kosovo municipalities, (covering five Kosovo regions) starting on March 4^th, 2019 in Graçanicë/Gračanica, Mitrovica Jugore/Južna Mitrovica; Mitrovica Veriore, Severna/Mitrovica; Gjilan/Gnjilane; Prizren/Prizren; Pejë/Peć; Ferizaj/Uroševac and concluding on March 28^th, 2019, in Prishtinë/Priština 

The key objectives of the informative sessions were to:

1. Provide a decent atmosphere for participating women and girls to learn about the scholarship program
2. Reach out to as many interested women and girls as possible, in order to present the scholarship program and other MFK programs, targeting women and young girls
