Mrika joined the Association of Regional Development Agencies (ARDA) in 2015, as the Network Coordinator, and was soon promoted to CEO. Now she chairs the RDA-Centre. She is responsible for actively working with a long list of donors, partners and organisations in the Centre Economic Region.
She has vast experience in foreign development agencies, government institutions and economic development associations. As an Economics graduate, she is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Business Management.
Mimoza is an Economic graduate and is responsible for the overall project management at RDA Centre. Her expertise lies in preparing business and investment plans for the Agency.
Prior to this position Mimoza has worked for four years as an office manager with UK Pharma (British Pharmaceutical Company) eight years. She worked as project assistant for the project “CULTURE FROM-FOR ALL” Cultural progress in the local communities of Macedonia and Kosovo.
Gezime graduated from the American University in Bulgaria, with bachelors degree in Political Science and International Relations. After graduation, she built her professional career in central government institutions, multilateral development banks and private sector.
At RDA-C, she is responsible for the project network progress and public relations.
Before joining RDA Centre, Gezime worked in the energy sector, focusing on sustainable development and social and environmental impact of large infrastructure projects.
Throughout her career, Fjolla has held different roles in business administration field. She holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the Phoenix University. She has worked in various institutions in the US and EU-funded projects in Kosovo.
Fjolla first joined the Association of Regional Development Agencies (ARDA) as Human Resources & Admin Assistant.
With over 20 years of experience in accounting, Leonard has been responsible for the finances, analysis and accounts of RDA-Centre since 2017.
He is an Economics graduate and has worked for a large number of private and public institutions in Kosovo.
