The Regional Development Agency – Center in partnership with the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare and the Municipality of Drenas organized a training on “soft skills” for youth and women. The Mayor of Drenas, Mr. Ramiz Lladrovci said that such trainings are aimed at strengthening the participation of women in economic development and that in the future the municipality together with RDA will organize other trainings and activities aimed at developing youth capacities in Drenas.

In addition, the Director of Economic Development in the Municipality, Ms. Egzona Jetullahu said that in addition to vocational training, the Municipality and RDA-Center will commit to absorbing local and foreign grants for economic development and will also organize managerial skills training and business plans.

The attendees are being trained in compiling a CV, cover letter and interview behavior during the job search process.
